Roles & Responsibilities Kinetic is working with a growing Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Product Manager to be based in Riyadh. The main responsibilities will include but not limited to: Responsible for deploying the marketing strategy per channel of business across the region. Responsible for developing and executing of operational plan for the defined brands Monitoring and controlling marketing expenditure within budget allocation, and its reflection on countries as well as overall Brand and portfolio P&L. Continuously updates and educates the organization on topics relevant to the defined brand supporting the sales functions with updates and training materials for the defined brands Improving product marketability and profitability and market share by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile To be successful you will need to meet the following: Candidate must be based in KSA. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Economics/Medicine or related field or professional training. More than 5 years of experience working in Marketing in the multinational pharmaceutical industry Primary care experience (Diabetes/ Cardiovascular) is a must. Must understand the concept of market development and working in a super specialty setting. Digital acumen. Roles & Responsibilities The Human Resources Manager leads and manages the HR Department by defining, developing and implementing HR plans, policies and procedures and contributes to the development of corporate HR provisions to meet business needs. 1. Implement the general strategy as set by the Group and develop a local strategy for KSA to facilitate HR functions and support day-to-day operations 2. Create ac�on plans based on strategy needs and in support of growth/ crisis resolution issues and accordingly monitor/synchronize the operational needs with all HR functions 3. Monitor all HR functions ensuring they are running in accordance with the local labor law and according to set standards/KPI's 4.
