Site engineer is part of the site management team and takes some of the responsibility for security, health and safety, and organising and supervising materials and people. Site engineer mark out the site, make sure designs are applied correctly and liaise with main and sub-contractors and the site manager. Site engineer perform a technical, organisational and supervisory role on construction projects. Site engineer has to execute the job as per the approved drawings, designs and schedule following the approved method statements without compromising the safety and quality with approved materials. He has to maintain good relationship with the client engineers.

Oversee and manage painting projects by coordinating with project managers and clients.Should be aware of paint mixing and its specifications by referring to the product data-sheet.Ensure all painting work is completed on time and within budget by maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.Maintain accurate records of all work performed and provide regular progress reports to project managers and clients.Order and manage painting supplies and materials while ensuring proper maintenance and storage of painting equipment in a clean and organized work environment.Ability to manage technicians and conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to the reporting heads.Should be capable of resolving any issues or problems that arise during projects.Implement and enforce company policies and procedures as needed.

Collaborate with warehouse staff to organize and maintain an efficient layout for optimal workflow and accessibility.Safely operate forklifts to transport, load, and unload materials, ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times.Operate forklifts to transport raw materials (such as cement, aggregates, and other additives) and finished ready-mix products within the plant.Ensure the forklift is operated safely, following all industry safety guidelines, such as speed limits, clear pathways, and handling load restrictions.Assist with loading and unloading materials and products from trucks, containers, and other delivery vehicles.Safely move and place raw materials into storage areas or prepare them for distribution.
