Purpose of Position: To ensure total reliability and efficiency of plant electrical assets and operations to maximize up-time and economic performance.Responsibilities:Ensure proper planning of preventive, predicative maintenance of all plant electrical assets.Plan projects, modification and product change over job in coordination with PPC.Assess skill level of Electrical Maintenance team and develop training programs to increase team skills.Implement effective manpower scheduling.Develop expertise in all software in use within the company manufacturing environment including PLC, PC based, micro-processor based, HMI, monitoring and measuring devices.Preparation of technical specification for electrical engineering spares.Inspection of Incoming spares of Maintenance.With Maintenance Manager, prepare & implement preventive maintenance schedule, plant equipment’s and shutdown job and ensure that production should not suffer due to breakdown.With Maintenance Manager, prepare and monitor Electrical Maintenance Budget including spare parts.Analysis of Breakdown and Planning corrective actions on monthly analysis & RCA.To make and maintain the Electrical, Utilities AMC cost of the plant and find avenues to reduce the cost through continuous development of new vendors and training of plant personnel.Device Strategies for preventing accidents and achieve zero accident.To initiate and drive energy cost reduction projects & to monitor energy consumption with an eye toward increased efficiency.Maintain all required documents as per IMS.Coordinate with Purchase department for procurement of spares and Capital equipment’s.Liaison with Statutory & regulatory bodies.Supervise operation and maintenance of transformers, generators and HT & LT panels, UPS, Public Address system, Cameras, Intercom, Phones, Computers, Laptops, Mobiles Booster, Light Poles, Street Lights, Earthling wires and Earthling Pits etc.Coordinate for electrical maintenance of Guest Houses and monitor energy consumption.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to oversee themaintenance operations within our Aluminium recycling plant. This role is critical to ensuring the properfunctioning of all plant equipment, including forklifts, generators, and other mechanical and electricalsystems. The Maintenance Engineer will lead a team of technicians, develop and implementmaintenance schedules, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure compliance with safety andregulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance,particularly in a heavy manufacturing or recycling environment.Key Responsibilities:Equipment Maintenance: Oversee and manage the regular maintenance and repair of plant equipment, including forklifts, generators, conveyors, shredders, and other machinery essential to the Aluminium recycling process.Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring proper training, performance, and adherence to safety standards. Alternatively, a combination of relevant certifications and extensive experience in industrial maintenance may be considered.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing, recycling, or heavy industrial environment. Experience with forklifts, generators, and heavy machinery is highly preferred.Skills:Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Strong knowledge in the repair works of diesel generators, forklifts, boomloader, industrial motors etc.Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment failures.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.Experience with Microsoft Office computer packages.Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in a manufacturing environment.

As a credit controller, will administer the credit control function, ensuring all outstanding debts are collected on time.
