Our therapists provide a professional range of skin services and Nail services for our clients compliant with salon protocol and accepted documented practices.What You’ll Be DoingWelcome and greet every client in a warm and friendly manner and demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.Perform a range of skin services and Nail services as directed in the salon brochure.Provide a full consultation to identify any health or skin problems before carrying out services.Identify the needs of the client by asking questions and confidently recommend services and products that are appropriate.Explain the steps of the service for each stage of the process to ensure client confidence.Handle client questions and concerns effectively and with empathy.Manage client complaints professionally and efficiently in line with the company after sales policy, escalating to management if necessary.Uphold municipality standards of hygiene and salon policies and procedures for all treatments.Build relationships with clients and record all technical service information for future reference.Be knowledgeable regarding all products used in the skin department.Perform all technical services following brand guidelines to achieve the desired result.Recommend products for after care and additional retail purchases to supplement the service.Maintain a professional relationship with the clientele.Coordinate with receptionists to have maximum number of appointments per day.Manage client retention with Book Back process.Encourage client referrals to achieve a full day column in line with working days and productivity growth.Maintain personal grooming standards at all times enhancing the image of the industry and Profile brand.Care for all tools and equipment ensuring sterilization process is always of the highest levels.Perform prep and cleaning of the treatment room after each client to obtain a quality work environment.Report to management any concerns in connection with the skin department and/or client services requiring attention.Use recommended amounts of salon use products to assist with cost control.Attend planned trainings as necessary to update skills.Update by self- learning to be aware of latest practices.Check stock levels daily and inform manager of depleting stocks as per individual technician needs.
