The position is responsible for a portfolio of personalization and AI driven products across the Al-Futtaim Group Customer Ecosystem to delight users with personalized experiences across all consumer-facing channels. This individual will be responsible for leveraging multiple data assets and capabilities to achieve business goals, enhance customer engagement metrics and deliver impact to the partner brands. This role requires partnering with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists and marketing and product executives to build and scale our personalization and AI capabilities. They will leverage our Group Customer Data Platform and marketing technologies, building a strategic data-driven roadmap to create effective and engaging consumer experiences and deliver business value. The individual will work closely with the data science team to ensure more complex business needs are translated into tech requirements and that the right solutions, processes, and products are iteratively built. Moreover, they will run custom analyses based on our data to support the identification of trends, and exploration opportunities to generate actionable insights. They will work to support strategic objectives, launches, and activities; responsible for increasing activation, engagement, and retention, improving the number of active and loyal customers. This individual will collaborate with multiple stakeholders including, but not limited to executive management, division leadership, the brand's consumer activation lead, media teams, external vendors, retailers & marketing partners to drive data-driven programs and initiatives, with a strong focus on the direct-to-consumer channel.
