TROUVAY & CAUVIN is seeking a self-motivated and passionate HR and Legal Administrative Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Jebel Ali, Dubai.Job Purpose:The HR and Legal Administrative Coordinator will support both Human Resources and Legal functions for TROUVAY & CAUVIN Group.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources: Provide administrative support to the Group HR Manager in all HR-related topics: recruitment, onboarding, and the employee life cycle from start to finish. This includes:- Draft job postings, CV screen, interview coordination- Prepare offer letter, employment contract and coordination with the PRO, IT and finance team for a smooth onboarding- Maintain employees' records, files, reporting, and documentation for insurance renewal.- Prepare and coordinate exit formalities- Promote a positive work environment, support and organize wellbeing initiatives.- Support the Group HR Manager on any other topicsLegal & Compliance: Provide administrative support to the Group Legal and Compliance Manager in all legal and compliance-related topics :- Maintain hard and soft copies in their dedicated storage of - without limitation - commercial contracts, corporate documents, trade licenses, establishment cards, etc.- Coordinate with commercial/sales teams for any queries of commercial/corporate /compliance documentation/information;- Support Group Legal and Compliance Manager in drafting documents, contracts;corporate documentation renewal; corporate/commercial insurance renewal process and liaise directly with the Insurer or selected Broker;- Ensure follow-up with all the entities and relevant stakeholders for the renewal of legal documents;- Liaise with PRO to coordinate and manage attestation (notarization/legalization) of legal documents;- Assist in compliance matters under the supervision of the Group Legal and Compliance Manager;- Support the Group Legal and Compliance Manager in other topics and projects.

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the steel sectorBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners in the steel industryPreparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals

Design and analyze structural components of building facades.Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications for facade systems.Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure structural integrity and functionality of facade designs.Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and provide solutions for structural issues.Review and approve shop drawings and samples provided by contractors.Perform structural calculations and analysis to determine load capacities and design requirements.Stay updated on industry standards and building codes related to facade design and construction.Assist in the development of cost estimates and proposals for facade projects.Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and drafters.Collaborate with project teams to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality facade designs.

Oversee all accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, GL, and cost accountingManage the month-end and year-end close processesPrepare financial statements and reports for management reviewEnsure compliance with local accounting standards and regulationsCoordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecastsConduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performanceHandle tax filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulationsLiaise with auditors and manage audit processesImplement and oversee internal controls to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial informationSupport senior management with financial planning and decision-makingCoordinate with banks and financial institutions to facilitate the issuance and processing of guarantees and LCs.

Oversee and manage all technical aspects of facade projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop detailed technical drawings and plans for facade systems.Conduct site visits to assess project progress, identify any technical challenges, and provide solutions to ensure smooth execution.Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and samples to ensure they meet project requirements and industry standards.Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of facade installations.Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed within the allotted time and budget.Conduct regular quality inspections and tests to verify compliance with design specifications and industry standards.Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, resolving any technical issues and ensuring adherence to best practices.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, codes, regulations, and technical advancements in facade systems.Foster a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and implementing measures to mitigate risks.
