ADNOC Offshore experience is must for this position. Ensure execution of construction projects by managing operations, resources, and compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Oversee budgeting, inventory, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to drive efficiency, minimize risks, and achieve project success.Project Execution & Excellence- Executes all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is done per specifications, timelines, and safety regulations. Coordinates with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain efficiency and resolve operational challenges.Budgeting & Cost Control-Implements and monitors approved budgets, tracking P&L, staff costs, material costs, and financial performance. Recommends budget adjustments as needed.Project Planning & Analytics-Develops project schedules, defines milestones, manages dependencies, and tracks progress against deliverables. Implements corrective actions to address delays.Audit, Compliance & Legal Oversight-Oversees audit rectification plans, ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and health & safety standards, conducts inspections, and monitors adherence to laws and regulations.Customer Satisfaction & Retention-Engages with clients daily to address concerns, manage expectations, and oversee nonconformities or special requests. Conducts satisfaction surveys and corrective actions.Reporting, Documentation & ERP Utilization-Uses the ERP system to create and manage reports, project documentation, and presentations. Ensures accurate data entry and tracking of project deliverables.
