Install, secure, and manage Windows server environments, including application, database, Exchange, and file servers. Administer and manage users, permissions, Group Policy, and Active Directory. Manage VMware infrastructure. Install and configure hardware and software. Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and network issues. Install and maintain VoIP infrastructure and associated software. Develop, implement, and maintain network administration, data security, and disaster recovery policies and procedures. Install and maintain servers, storage, routers, switches, and other network hardware to ensure optimal operation. Maintain an inventory of network components and documentation of assets, including warranty and service records. Design, configure, and deploy LANs, VLANs, WANs, WLANs, and VPNs. Document network design, layout, protocols, configurations, and standards. Record instances of software or hardware failure, repairs, installations, or removals. Manage firewalls, EDR, and intrusion detection systems. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bottlenecks. Perform server and security audits, including penetration testing.
