Responsible for physical inventory in/out from the order fulfilment center. Receive the goods from the Local or Import vendors and service provider after due clearance from customs and local invoicing procedures for the re-export. Ensure the physical stock is validated and tallied as per the invoice or delivery order. Ensure the physical product undergoes the Quality verification from TITAN side and Quality assurance team approved the shipment. Ensure all the necessary System Entries i.e. Goods Receipt entries, Return to vendors. Assist in day-to-day MTR orders processing and coordinating Pick and pack team to initiate the shipments Preparation from valuable warehouse/Order fulfilment center. Allocate the stock in bin wise and distribute the stock physically as per the requirement. Communicate with the Commercial /Logistics team for the required invoice creation of selected goods. Handover the stock to service provider as per the replenishment schedules/order reference. Maintain the TEP/GEP/Defective physical stock accumulation as per the pre-set standard operating procedures. Eye to the details of the daily stock report and ensure no deviation in the physical stock. Coordinate with Local refineries/melting Units/Hallmarking centers for the scrape gold melting/certification. Handle the inventory of the packing required for the re-export. Prepare the Daily/Weekly/Monthly dashboards for the Stock inventory and Shipments. Responsible for handling the Periodical internal and external Stock audit of the Sorting center inventory. Ensure the Compliance and regulation has been followed as per TITAN Policy and Law of the land.
