The Public Relations executive plays a role in driving client success through strategic communication initiatives and leads the agency's PR department. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, experienced and have a record in developing and executing successful PR strategies and managing client relationships.Key Responsibilities:(Core, essential responsibilities/outputs of the position) ROLE COMPLEXITY Participate in providing proactive planning, management, and outreach for public relations initiatives, including corporate, government and/or community affairs programs. KEY TASKSParticipate in developing effective internal and external communications strategies and position these communication strategies for maximum effectiveness.Partial accountability for all corporate communications plans (internal and external) which include strategic and tactical corporate campaigns. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Client ManagementServe as the supporting point of contact for key clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their PR needs.Regularly communicate with clients through the PR Managers and Communication Department’s team, to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction. 2. Media RelationsSupport and cultivate relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers in relevant industries.Drafting compelling press releases, media kits, and other PR materials. 3. Content Creation:Collaborate with internal and external content creation team to develop engaging and impactful content, including blog posts, articles, and social media content.Ensure that all content aligns with clients' messaging and brand voice. 4. Analytics and ReportingParticipating in monitoring and analysing PR campaigns, providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to clients and agency leadership.Use data insights to refine strategies and improve results over time. 5. Industry ExpertiseStay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of public relations.Apply this knowledge to continuously innovate and improve the agency's PR offerings. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, political science, international affairs or a related field.1+ years of experience in public relations, with a proven track record of successful PR campaign execution.Excellent Arabic and English written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling messaging and pitches.Experience in media relations, crisis communication, and content creation.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and media contacts.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.Familiarity with PR tools and software for media monitoring, analytics, and reporting.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic agency environment.
