This is a central shared-capabilities role that will work across industries and brands, shaping visual language, brand storytelling, and campaign expression across FMCG, Energy, Real Estate, and emerging sectors.The role will focus on creative strategy, creative governance, and execution management, ensuring strong, consistent, and high-quality brand expression across all platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & DirectionDrive the overall creative strategy across group brands and verticals.Translate marketing and business objectives into strong creative routes and concepts.Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone, and visual language across multiple industries.Creative Management & GovernanceOversee creative development across campaigns, brand assets, communication, and content.Review and guide creative output to ensure quality, consistency, and strategic alignment.Work closely with brand managers across industries to understand brand-specific requirements, category priorities, and communication needs.Collaborate with digital and performance marketing teams to ensure cohesive, aligned, and consistent communication across all platforms.Multi-Industry Brand SupportWork across sectors including FMCG, Energy, Real Estate, and other emerging verticals.Adapt creative approaches based on industry nuances while maintaining brand coherence.Support brand creation, rebranding, and category expansion initiatives.Campaign & Content OversightGuide concept development and creative execution across digital, social, print, packaging, and corporate communication.Ensure creative effectiveness across both brand-building and performance-driven campaigns.Team & Agency CoordinationWork closely with Brand Managers across multiple industries to understand brand requirements, category priorities, and communication objectives for both new and existing brands.Act as the central creative anchor working with external creative and design agencies to develop compelling visual language, strong brand presence, and consistent storytelling across all brands.Leverage agency ecosystems, capabilities, and creative strengths to build high-quality brand identities, launch campaigns, rebranding exercises, and ongoing corporate and brand communications.Guide and align agencies on creative direction, brand tonality, and execution standards across new brand launches as well as established corporate and product brands.Ensure continuity, consistency, and evolution of creative expression across industries while maintaining distinct identity for each brand.
