To lead and scale the business of Pet Robot in the UAE market. This role will focus on establishing and growing strategic retail partnerships, with a particular emphasis on unlocking premium retail, corporate clients, pet care facilities, and smart home solution providers. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in premium consumer electronics, Pet Tech, home appliances etc. with a passion for innovation and helping petsRESPONSBILITIES:Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the launch of Pet Robot in the UAE and GCC, developing a robust GTM plan for multi-channel distribution including retailer selection and activation, product pricing, brand positioning, and with an emphasis on key retail channels.Retail Channel Expansion (offline): establish commercial relationships with key power retailers, department and lifestyle stores, Pet Care chains, Hardware / DIY stores etc.eCommerce Channel Expansion: Oversee brand presence across online retailers and marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon etc. Optimize listings, drive performance marketing initiatives, and ensure brand-aligned pricing and presentationB2B Channel expansion: Identify and onboard B2B clients including Vet clinics, pet-friendly residential communities, Hotels, Daycare facilities for Pets etc. Customize product propositions, negotiate contracts, and build solutions for B2B use cases.Retail Execution: Ensure premium shelf placement and impactful visual merchandising in collaboration with retail partners to reflect the innovation and quality of the brand.Marketing & Branding: Prepare an annual marketing plan, including industry events, trades shows, advertising, etc. Represent the brand at the key events.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams in marketing, logistics, customer service, and operations to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.Market & Competitor Intelligence: Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer needs to continually refine the strategy and product offerings.Account Management: Create sales forecast including retailer wise targets, profit margins, and market share growth across all retail channels (offline, online, B2B). Provide and manage periodic performance reportsQUALIFICATION:MBA qualified from a reputed University.EXPERIENCE:5–8 years of relevant experience in premium consumer electronics, smart tech or home appliances in the UAE.Proven success in managing retailers and B2B accounts, developing channel strategies, and closing complex deals.Familiarity with the pet care industry is a strong plus.
