Business DevelopmentLead Generation & Market ResearchIdentify new business opportunities within the community management sector.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategies.Analyze industry trends and potential sectors for expansion.Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, partners, and potential customers.Act as the point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high satisfaction levels.Proposal DevelopmentReview NDAs and tender documents.Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights for developing compelling proposals tailored to client needs.Create high-quality presentations and proposals for business development initiatives.Ensure timely submission of proposals, RFIs, and other related documents.Reporting & AnalysisMaintain accurate records of leads, business activities, and client interactions.Prepare progress reports and assist with tracking key performance metrics.2.
