The Civil Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:1. Make such visits to the Site as may be necessary for the proper performance of the Services;2. Roles & ResponsibilitiesProject Duration : 12 Months Project Location : Abu Dhabi Scope of Work · Risk Assessment / Workplace Assessment. · Record Risk Assessment and take corrective & preventive actions. · Safety Planning, training of staff, and ensuring implementation of safety system, monitoring and recording as required. · Develop HSE Plan as per the requirement of the project. · Maintain records of accidents. · Responsible to analyze HSE Plan in line with safety standards. · Enforce PPE on all staff. · Inspecting Sites and safeguard loops if found any as per the requirement of HSE standards. · Monitoring and providing support during the construction of facilities and equipment. · Identifying hazardous situations and safety-controlled actions. · Keeping and maintaining company safety records. · Identify & manage risks associated with the project environment and processes while complying with regulatory requirements & corporate standards. · Responsible to maintain a proactive and demonstrable safety performance that includes compliance with all safety, health & environmental policies and procedures. · Coordinate the routine data, analysis and identification of issues and improvement opportunities. · Establish processes to provide feedback on performance (e.g. lesson learned) · Manage & submit reports as required. · Work effectively with various departments throughout the project to resolve compliance issue. · Develop long-term goals/strategy for compliance and conduct routine meetings. · Performs all other adhoc activities as and when required by the line manager. · Ensure compliance with CHIEF’s Quality and Environment, Health & Safety policy and procedures Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputed university8 - 10 years of experience in supervision projects in UAEshould be OSHAD CertifiedShould be an immediate joiner
Document Controller with CAFM Operations Expertise
Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage all documentation processes, including filing, distribution, tracking, and archiving of documents.Handle correspondence and ensure timely and accurate responses.Utilize the FSI Concept evaluation software for CAFM operations, including data management, system administration, and reporting.Maintain a well-organized and systematic document control system, adhering to company standards and procedures.Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to collect, review, and update documents as required.Ensure the confidentiality, security, and integrity of all sensitive documents and information.Support internal teams in document accuracy, completeness, and adherence to timelines.Provide training and assistance to users on CAFM systems and processes.Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations using relevant software.Manage physical and electronic document storage, retrieval, and distribution systems.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with document control procedures and identify areas for improvement.Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new document management systems or technologies.Manage the organization and maintenance of the document store.Support the management team with any other document control or CAFM-related tasks as required.Desired Candidate ProfileProven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in a facility management or related industry.Expertise in CAFM operations using FSI Concept evaluation software.Proficiency in document control procedures, standards, and best practices.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.Attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents, correspondence, and data.Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and relevant CAFM software.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of facility management practices and terminology is desirable.
