Job Summary:The EPM Coordinator is responsible for managing the Saudi Aramco EPM (Enterprise Procurement Management) system and supporting the Project Procurement Manager to ensure on-time EPM submissions. This role involves optimizing EPM processes, conducting periodic reviews, tracking performance, obtaining necessary approvals, and developing the overall EPM workflow to align with project schedules and requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in procurement, Aramco EPM system administration, and project coordination.Key Responsibilities:Overall responsible for the management of Saudi Aramco EPM system and supporting the Project Procurement Manager for on time EPM submissions, improvements in the EPM processes, conduct periodic review, performance, obtain Saudi Aramco approvals in-line with Project schedule and development of the overall EPM workflow in meeting the Project schedule and requirements.Manage and oversee the Saudi Aramco EPM system to ensure efficient and compliant procurement operations.Support the Project Procurement Manager in ensuring timely submission of procurement packages and approvals through the EPM portal.Develop and improve EPM workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and compliance with Saudi Aramco standards.Conduct periodic reviews and performance analysis of the EPM system to identify areas for improvement.Ensure all procurement documentation is correctly uploaded and maintained in the EPM system.Liaise with Saudi Aramco procurement teams to facilitate on-time approvals and compliance verification.Provide training and guidance to project teams on EPM system functionalities and best practices.Track and monitor EPM submission progress, highlighting potential risks or delays to project stakeholders.Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure procurement milestones are met.Generate status reports and maintain accurate records of procurement activities within EPM.Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco procurement policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or project coordination within EPC, oil & gas, or construction industries.Mandatory experience with Saudi Aramco’s EPM system and procurement processes.Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco procurement regulations, vendor management, and approval workflows.Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, and EPM platform.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven project environments.
