Candidate must be able to join within 30 days.Job Overview:The PMC Manager (Project Management Consultant) will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of civil, MEP, and interior fit-out projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, and authorities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per local regulations.This role requires expertise in structural works, MEP coordination (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), and high-end interior fit-outs for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The candidate must have strong leadership skills to manage multiple teams and ensure smooth project execution.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & ExecutionDevelop project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.Oversee civil, MEP, and interior fit-out work, ensuring smooth coordination.Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions.Ensure project milestones are met, reporting progress to senior management.2. Civil & Structural Works SupervisionOversee structural construction, concrete works, masonry, and finishing.Ensure work is executed as per drawings, safety standards, and Abu Dhabi regulations.Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance.Resolve any technical issues arising on-site.3. MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) CoordinationEnsure proper installation and integration of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.Work with MEP contractors to resolve design clashes with civil works.Ensure MEP compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality, ADDC (Abu Dhabi Distribution Company), and Civil Defence.Conduct testing and commissioning of MEP systems before handover.4. Interior Fit-Out ManagementManage the execution of high-end office, retail, and residential fit-outs.Ensure interior work (joinery, partitions, flooring, ceilings) meets design and quality standards.Coordinate with architects, designers, and suppliers to ensure timely material availability.5. Budgeting & Cost ControlPrepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and procurement plans.Monitor costs, prevent budget overruns, and track contractor invoices.Ensure timely procurement and supplier payments while maintaining cost efficiency.6. Quality Assurance & Safety ComplianceEnsure adherence to Abu Dhabi building codes, ADDC, and safety regulations.Conduct site safety audits and risk assessments to minimize hazards.Implement quality control measures at all project stages.7. Team & Contractor ManagementLead and supervise engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.Conduct regular site meetings with stakeholders to address challenges.Manage relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and vendors.
