The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in measuring instruments like Flow, Pressure, Temperature, Isolators, Barriers, JBs with exceptional sales skills, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.Key Responsibilities:• Sales & Business Development: Drive sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share for Instrumentation products and solutions.• Product Expertise: Serve as a subject-matter expert on Measuring products, providing in-depth technical knowledge to customers and helping them understand how our products meet their specific needs.• Customer Needs Analysis: Work with customers to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate products, solutions, and systems.Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide pre-and post-sale technical support for our products, assisting customers with product specifications, installation, and troubleshooting issues.• Solution Selling: Offer customized solutions that integrate flow products with the customer's existing operations, ensuring maximum value and efficiency.• Product Demonstrations & Training: Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical training sessions to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our product range.• Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, report progress regularly, and update management on market developments, opportunities, and challenges.• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, understanding their evolving needs and offering solutions to meet them.• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform business strategy and ensure products we are competitive.• Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including internal sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure customer satisfaction and the timely delivery of solutions.• Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, close sales, and ensure the terms align with company goals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
