Roles & Responsibilities Initiate sales calls to potential customers and generate leads. Explain the product or service to potential customers and answer their queries. Close sales deals with customers over the phone and achieve set targets. Maintain a database of potential and existing customers. Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat sales. Update customer information and sales records in the company's database. Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Attend team meetings and share feedback on sales and customer insights. We are looking for a well-spoken tele sales representative to be responsible for soliciting sales and donations over the telephone. The tele sales representative’s responsibilities include contacting potential customers, reading from a prescribed script, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions. A remarkable telecaller will suggest ways in which clients’ feedback can be utilized to improve our services. •Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. Proven work experience as a Telesales Executive or a similar role. Ability to persuade and influence customers. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of sales techniques and principles. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
