Roles & Responsibilities Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment. Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and Arabic specialties. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, including restocking supplies and cleaning utensils. Handle cash and process customer payments accurately. Follow recipes and customer preferences to create customized beverages. Maintain knowledge of menu items and be able to make recommendations to customers. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Assist with food preparation and serve pastries and other food items as needed. Desired Candidate Profile Fluency in Arabic language is required to communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking customers. Skilled in moctails and drinks. Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred. Knowledge of Arabic coffee culture and traditional Arabic beverages is a plus. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements Your Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.- Proven experience as a Director of Food & Beverage in a five-star or luxury hospitality setting.- Fluency in verbal and written English is essential.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.- In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage trends and best practices.- Strong leadership skills.- Financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements.
