Job Description: Manager – Information Security & ComplianceWe are seeking an experienced Information Security and Compliance manager to lead and oversee the development, implementation, and management of our information security and business continuity programs. This role is crucial in safeguarding our organization's sensitive data, ensuring business resilience, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.He is responsible for establishing and maintaining a corporate wide information security management program to ensure that information assets are adequately protected. This position is responsible for identifying, evaluating and reporting on information security risks in a manner that meets compliance and regulatory requirements, and aligns with and supports the risk posture of the enterprise.Roles & Responsibilities:Develop, implement and monitor short- and long-term enterprise information security, IT risk management and data protection programs to ensure that the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information is owned, controlled or processed by the organization.Develop, maintain and publish up-to-date information security policies, standards and guidelines. Oversee the approval, training, and dissemination of security policies and practices.Develop and lead the implement of ISO27001/17, PCI-DSS, ISO 20000 standards and privacy program.Ensure company employees and vendors are adhere to Information Security policies and procedures.Ensure that security programs comply with relevant laws, regulations and policies to minimize or eliminate risk and audit findings.Create and manage information security and risk management awareness training programs for all employees and contractors.Manage security incidents and events to protect corporate IT assets, including intellectual property, regulated data and the company's reputation.Manage the day-to-day activities of threat and vulnerability management, identify risk tolerances, recommend treatment plans and communicate information about residual risk.Develop and oversee effective disaster recovery policies and standards to align with enterprise business continuity management program goals. Coordinate the development of implementationplans and procedures to ensure that business-critical services are recovered in the event of a security event. Provide direction, support and in-house consulting in these areas.Create, communicate and implement a risk-based process for vendor risk management, including the assessment and treatment for risks that may result from partners, consultants and other service providers.Manage outsourced vendors that provide information security functions for compliance with contracted service-level agreements.Work directly with the business units to facilitate IT risk assessment and risk management processes, and work with stakeholders throughout the enterprise on identifying acceptable levels of residual risk.Facilitate a metrics and reporting framework to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the program, facilitate appropriate resource allocation, and increase the maturity of the security.Assist resource owners and IT staff in understanding and responding to security audit failures reported by auditors.Work with various stakeholders to identify information asset owners to classify data and systems as part of a control framework implementation.Recommend and coordinate the implementation of technical controls to support and enforce defined security policies.Develop a strong working relationship with the security engineering team to develop and implement controls and configurations aligned with security policies and legal, regulatory and audit requirements.Monitor the external threat environment for emerging threats and advise relevant stakeholders on the appropriate courses of action.Manage and coordinate operational components of incident management, including detection, response and reporting.Maintain a knowledgebase comprising a technical reference library, security advisories and alerts, information on security trends and practices, and laws and regulations.Ensure audit trails, system logs and other monitoring data sources are reviewed periodically and comply with policies and audit requirements.Design, coordinate and oversee security-testing procedures to verify the security of systems, networks, and applications, and recommend the remediation of identified risks.

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to meet sales goals.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.Negotiate contracts and terms with customers to close sales.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to effectively position products or services.Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and resolve customer issues.Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to key decision makers.Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.Track and report on sales activities and progress towards goals.Continuously strive to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

Reporting to the Process & Operations Manager, the Team Leader is responsible for managing the Control Room Operators and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the facility. Roles & Responsibilities Providing Technical Expertise in Process Engineering for offshore projects Desired Candidate Profile 1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputed university, though Master Degree is added advantage.2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry of which at least 5 years beingrelated to design of Offshore processing facilities.3. Fluency in English Language.4. Conversant with AGES and relevant International Codes & Standards related to Processengineering and in general Oil & Gas industry.5. Proficient in process simulation softwares such as Hysys, Flarenet, Pipesim, Olga etc.6. Detailed Hands-on Experience in analysis of production profile, Identifying governing cases forSteady state / Transient Analysis for pipelines and Design of Oil / Gas & Water processingfacility.

Roles & Responsibilities Managing assigned projects in the provision of a Project Service to ADNOC Offshore. Planning, managing and directing activities associated with the implementation of all phases of assigned projects from A S S E S S Stage to Execute (EPC), including commissioning and hand-over to the respective Site Operations. Providing technical definition and estimates in liaison with engineering disciplines and Planning & Cost Team in support of budgeting exercises. Developing the Project Implementation Strategy. Plans and prepares the project Program covering all phases of each assigned project Desired Candidate Profile Minimum Overall 15+ years of oil & gas experience. Experience in Feasibility, Concept, FEED, Design, Project Engineering experience. Must have previous experience working in offshore projects. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structures from a reputed university, however Masters degree in Structural Engg preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry of which at least 10 years related to Design of Offshore structures. Conversant with relevant International Code & Standards related to Offshore Structural engineering and in general Oil & Gas industry Extensive hands-on experience in Offshore Structural Analyses, Design and Installation Engineering (Greenfield and brownfield) is essential and as a minimum expertise on the following is mandatory: In-service & Pre-service designs of Jackets, Topsides, Living Quarters, Bridges, Bridge Supporting Towers, Helideck, Boat landing, Riser or Caisson Protectors. In-service Analyses: Inplace, Spectral Fatigue, Seismic, Pushover, Boat Impact, Pre-service Analyses: Lift, Loadout, Transportation, Onbottom stability Miscellaneous Design: dropped object, node design, padeye, trunnion, Joint design, pipe and eqpt supports, monorails, davits, installation aids, VIV checks, cathodic protection, riser clamps, stabbing Guides, etc. Carrying out site survey and preparation of site visit reports Participating in all workshops such as design reviews, model reviews, safety etc Planning of all design activities and finalize the design deliverables required for each stage of the project Proficiency in Offshore Structural Engineering Software such as SACS (latest version), STAAD Pro, ANSYS,

Roles & Responsibilities Provide technical expertise to the Company on “Piping Engineering” for Offshore Facilities Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university. Minimum of 12 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry of which at least 7 years being related to design of Offshore with equally good knowledge in Onshore oil & gas facilities. Fluency in English Language. Conversant with relevant International Code & Standards related to Piping engineering and in general Oil & Gas industry. Detailed Hands-on Experience on Piping flexibility Analysis, Design and Installation Engineering is essential and as a minimum expertise on the following is mandatory: 3DModel review , Pipe Wall thickness, Flexibility analysis, MR’s/TBE’s/VDR, Pipe supporting, Input to material handling studies, Dropped object study, etc., Proficiency in Piping Engineering & General Software’s such as CAESAR-II, 3D Review Model software, AUTOCAD & Other general-purpose software’s etc.

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in chemistry, Chemical engineering, Inorganic chemistry requires. Experience with All Electroplating Chemistries required. Nickel, Chrome, Zinc, Precious Metals, Hard Chrome and ENP. Effective verbal and written communication on all aspects of program activity, including demonstrated ability to make clear, persuasive, concise, and well-organized verbal presentations. Must be able to work well in teams and to work independently with limited supervision.
