Conduct field visits in relation with the applications and complaints received by the Authority from the public and to submit reports about them for necessary action. Make solution to minor problems on the spot by contacting concerned authorities, contractors and other parties involved. Inspect area of responsibility to locate, identify, measure and specify the defects such as asphalt, interlock footpaths, sign damages, signal damages, road markings and any other general defects and to report those in the defect report form and send it to direct supervisor.
